A Schuylkill County man is facing charges for allegedly making threatening statements during an incident late last month.
State Police-Schuylkill Haven was dispatched to an incident in South Manheim Township that happened on March 24. The victims told police they received a call from Nicholas Morrissey, 41.
The woman who answered said Morrissey threatened the other victim and allegedly said, “I am going to murder that dude in front of you and paint him on the walls.”
Morrissey, of Schuylkill Haven, is due before Magisterial District Court Judge AJ Serina for a preliminary hearing on May 13. He’s facing a misdemeanor charge of making terroristic threats and two counts of harassment.
