The Schuylkill County District Attorney’s Office and Schuylkill County Detectives have named Timothy Nagle as their Fugitive of the Week.
They’re asking for the public’s help in locating Nagle. Nagle, 39, is described as standing 5-4 and weighing about 180 pounds.
Authorities say Nagle is wanted on two active bench warrants, for failing to appear for arraignment back on May 21, 2024, and for violating conditions of probation.
He failed to appear for arraignment on felony forgery, theft, and access device fraud charges. Nagle also violated probation, which he was serving on charges of simple assault and making terroristic threats.
Nagle’s last known address is 410 W. Market St. in Pottsville. Â
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Nagle or any other fugitive in Schuylkill County, is asked to call the District Attorney’s Office at 570-628-1350, or Schuylkill County Tip Line at 570-624-3988. You may also e-mail tips to [email protected].
